Ahh, The Married Life! Wow! What a year it HAS been! Clinton and Mary Ellen were married on St. Patrick's Day in 2001. Mary Ellen is a truly special person. Everyone who knows her thinks the world of her for many reasons. She gives of herself to all around her, she loves God and the people in her life, she loves her kids and they love her. She's smart, funny, sexy, easy going, a great cook, and is trying her darned'est to learn all about the San Francisco Giants... Santa Cruz 2001 Oakland Coliseum, 2000 March 17th, 2001 Soquel, CA Well how did all this happen you may ask? This is Mary Ellen and good friend of some years, Diana. Diana is my sister... whose daughter, Melissa, is the same age and good friend of Christina, Mary Ellen's daughter. (Gettin' the picture?) Anyways, I met Mary Ellen once or twice before I went to Paris. I asked Diana about her a couple of times while I was there, sort of on a whim. When I got back, I ran into her at a dinner thing with Diana in Santa Cruz where they live, and the rest is histoiré. I took to her pretty darn fast, although she'll tell you that I took my time. I knew there was something super special about her right away. I asked her to marry me the day after Thanksgiving in 2000. I love you Mary Ellen Day, I always will.
